Prime cover gallery

This is a big one, lots of Prime books in the Ultraverse. Let’s start with the first series’ main issues, including gold and silver holograms, an Ultra 5000 and an annual, along with variant covers for 4 and 13. There are also polybagged issues for 2 and 4, but I didn’t include the pics here. Just imagine the same book in a bag.

There was also a hardcover, trade paperback, Printer’s Proof and even a Wizard 1/2 issue:

Ashcans? We got ashcans.

And then you had the second series, with cover variants on the first couple of issues:

Also a couple of Marvel crossovers:

And finally a four-issue miniseries, Power of Prime.

Nightman cover gallery

A pretty fat stack of books here. Too bad there are no hologram covers (that I know of!) but there was the usual Ultra 5,000 and a single annual.

The relaunch had a variant for the Infinity issue and a painted variant for No. 1. These variants made up 20 percent of the print run.

Nightman and Gambit was a pretty short mini, with a single variant for No. 1.

And a team-up with Wolverine, signed and unsigned editions. Some of the signed versions have American Entertainment COAs and the others have Dynamic Forces COAs but everything else is equal.

Mantra cover gallery

Plenty of Mantra books spread across two series and a mini, with a few alternate covers. There were 24 in the first series, plus a Giant Size.

Seven books in the reboot, plus a couple of alternate covers.

Spear of Destiny was a two-part miniseries.

Hardcase cover gallery

This is one of the bigger runs, clocking in at 26 issues. There are also hologram and Ultra 5000 variants, along with a handful of ashcans (you can read about those here).

Freex cover gallery

One of my favorite series, these books are a good read if you have time to sit down with the whole stack. A couple of hologram variants, an Ultra 5000, a Giant Size (kind of like an annual) and an ashcan are included.

Exiles cover gallery

Lots of books here … I threw in the All New Exiles as well.

First issue had several variants: Ultra 5000, gold hologram and silver hologram.

The reboot after Black September had a painted variant and an extra variant for the Infinity issue; same thing for No. 1.

These last two were sendaway books. The Limited Super Premium Editions were signed with COAs from either American Entertainment or Dynamic Forces.

Elven cover gallery

Another short mini-series, this one deals with a little girl who has powers and strength similar to Prime. It’s an interesting concept since it’s hard to think of something more dangerous than an angry girl with superpowers.

Nothing too crazy with the covers apart from the Limited Foil Edition cover for No. 1. The 0 issue is dated October, 1994. The rest were from February to May of 1995.

Eliminator cover gallery

Not much to this series, just four books with a single variant cover for No. 1.

I read the books this week. The story is a little obnoxious at times, but Mannequin is a great villain with a terrible name.

Firearm cover gallery

There were two series with Firearm in the title, each with a 0 issue. As far as I know there were no variant covers (there are UPC variants, but the cover art and logos are the same for those books), so here is a visual guide:

Firearm: 0-18
