I knew this was around here somewhere.
He was hard to find since he was in the coffin, which is a great accessory.
Ghoul was my favorite of the Ultraverse toys. The character was created by Editor In Chief Chris Ulm. I can’t remember where the coffin accessory came from – each toy had to have some kind of weapon or accessory. Hank Kanalz was the Ultraverse editor who dealt with Galoob (the toy makers), so the coffin could’ve been his idea, or Ulm’s or come from the designers at Galoob.
Too bad they never issued the second line of action figures … I think Rune, Sludge and Lord Pumpkin were going to be in there.
By the way, here is a guy who wrote a detailed review of the Ghoul figure.

Here's the trick. If you're collecting these comics you are one of the few, so don't go crazy. Just be patient, look for large lots on the cheap and keep your eyes on auction sites. But if you see a gold hologram cover, grab it!
